Walton County residents north of the Choctawhatchee Bay can have old tires picked up by the North Walton Mosquito Control workers through February as part of the Walton County Tire Collection Program.  “Old tires hold water and breed several species of mosquitoes, some of which are linked to diseases,” said Brenda Hunt, Manager of North Walton Mosquito Control.
