Covenant Hospice Seeking Volunteers

CRESTVIEW - Covenant Hospice is seeking compassionate volunteers who are interested in making a difference in the lives of patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses. A volunteer orientation and training will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at the Covenant Hospice office located at 370 W. Redstone Ave. in Crestview.

The workshop will discuss the ways in which volunteers can get involved, including providing patient and family support, visiting nursing homes and assisting with community outreach activities and administrative tasks. The workshop is free and lunch will be provided. To register or to learn more, please call Donna Chapman at (850) 682-3628.
