Man awaits hearing on child porn charge
A man is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for possession of child pornography.
Henry Charles “Chuck” Bielec III, 20, of Galliver Cut-Off in Baker, was arrested Sept. 14, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff ’s Office. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
On April 13, a Fort Walton Beach police investigator “located a computer offering to participate in the distribution of child pornography,” according to the report. The file — “13 little girl kiddy child ddoggprn Lolita…” — downloaded from the user was confirmed child pornography, according to a Sheriff ’s Office report.
A search warrant was executed at Bielec’s residence May 21.
During an interview, Bielec told investigators that he downloaded the videos through Limewire, a peer-to-peer file sharing program, the report stated.
