Physician to discuss value of yoga for MS

Dr. Gregory Piacente will deliver a presentation about multiple sclerosis and the value of yoga and balance on Saturday at the Four Points by Sheraton on Okaloosa Island.

The Northwest Florida MS Support Group will sponsor the presentation, which will encompass Heuga Center principles of yoga and balance. Attendees will also learn about aerobic exercise, flexibility techniques, improving memory and other topics.

A complimentary lunch will be provided and the session is open to those who have MS, caregivers and family members.
