Woman arrested for role in egging
WYNNHAVEN BEACH — A 41-year-old woman faces misdemeanor charges for helping three girls egg a house on Parish Boulevard, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred Dec. 9 after one of the girls “had a falling out” with a girl who lived at the house that was egged and had its trees strung with toilet paper, a Sheriff ’s Office report stated. Damage was estimated at $800.
The victim named the woman as a suspect. When the deputy interviewed her after the incident, he found toilet paper in her truck.
Two of the girls involved in the prank said the woman gave them money to buy the eggs and toilet paper and drove them to street.
The woman was arrested Dec. 21 and charged with criminal mischief and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
