Flu Vaccine Clinic in Santa Rosa County
Santa Rosa County residents can prepare for the flu season with their annual vaccine at a clinic scheduled in Milton on Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The vaccinations, conducted by Maxim Health Systems, will be held at the Santa Rosa County Administrative Center in the lobby area.
Participants must be over the age of 18. Advance consent forms may be picked up in the county commissioners reception office.
Any participant with Medicare Part B coverage will receive their shot at no cost. Maxim Health Systems will also provide shots for no fee to the following HMO participants:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida
Health Ease
Staywell
All others may purchase their vaccinations through Maxim for a cost of $25 for the Influenza Vaccine and $35 for the Pneumonia Vaccine.
