FPRA holds luncheon at Sandestin Resort

SANDESTIN - Join the Northwest Florida Coast chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association for an informative panel discussion with some of the area’s key newspaper editors and reporters on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 11:30 a.m. at the Beach Club at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

Representatives from media outlets such as The Walton Sun, The Destin Log, Beach Breeze, Northwest Florida Daily News and the Associated Press will share their vision for 2008 and the type of stories they hope to cover. Attendees will also learn how each media outlet is more aggressively synergizing their print and online content as well as ways for public relations professionals to work more effectively with the local media.

The luncheon is open to the public. Tickets are $20. Reservations are required by Jan. 10 and can be made by e-mailing Tiffany McCaskill at tmccaskill@beachesofsouthwalton.com or calling 850/267-1216. No-shows will be billed the full amount.
