New resort opens on Okaloosa Island

Waterscape adds water park fun to Northwest Florida

FORT WALTON BEACH - ResortQuest is proud to announce the opening of the beautiful new resort, Waterscape, on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. This new development by Crescent Resources LLC, had its official ribbon cutting in March, with its first official guests, Mr. and Mrs. Powell from Texas, checking in during the celebration.

Waterscape is directly on the Gulf and boasts extensive water features totaling 10,000 square feet of pools. The zero-entry edge pool, large free-form pool with rope-path walkover, ten-foot waterfall, private hot tubs, children's splash pad, and a LAY-Z-River are all surrounded by one, two, and three bedroom luxurious condominiums with great views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Waterscape offers owners and vacationers many opportunities to enjoy a tantalizing swim or a relaxing float on the water from the 490 feet of white crystal sand beach to the 10,000 square feet pool areas in Waterscape's dramatic split-level courtyard.

The LAY-Z-River is complete with floats to ride on and water canons for the kids to splash each other. You may prefer to enjoy a refreshing beverage by the pool or gather under a trellis bordered by lush tropical landscape to read a great book.

Guests are greeted first at the expansive metropolitan chic-stylized lobby, which includes a game room. After check-in, everyone gets to kick off their shoes in a luxurious condominium where the view is breathtaking. These one- two- and three-bedroom units are professionally decorated and equipped to be your home away from home. For extra sleeping area, most floor plans include built-in-bunks for the young ones in the group.
