Police to Honor Fallen Officers

FORT WALTON BEACH - The members of the Fort Walton Beach Police Department are hosting the 2nd Annual Peace Officers Memorial Ceremony on Thursday, May 15 at 6:50 a.m. at the Fort Walton Beach Police Department located at 7 Hollywood Boulevard. 

The ceremony is to remember and pay tribute to members of the law enforcement profession in the United States who have lost their lives in the performance of duty, especially those who did so during the preceding twelve month period.

If you plan to attend, please arrive early so the ceremony is not interrupted. Areas will be designated for Sworn Law Enforcement Officers, Non-Sworn Law Enforcement Personnel, Military Law Enforcement Personnel and Civilian Guests.

Please come and join the City as we remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice.
