Final registration for Niceville-Valparaiso Little League Baseball & Softball is set for Saturday, Jan. 12 at Ruckel Cafeteria from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.

A parent meeting is schedule for Monday, Jan. 14 at 6 p.m. at the Niceville Community Center.

Other important dates:

- Jan. 19-Feb. 2: Coaches clinic at the Niceville High School baseball field, from 9 a.m. to noon.

- Jan. 25-27: Tryouts for Niceville-Valparaiso Little League Baseball at the Niceville Recreation Complex, all day.

- Feb. 2: Tryouts for Niceville-Valparaiso Softball at the Niceville Recreation Complex, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

- Feb. 2: Niceville-Valparaiso Little League Baseball Players Clinic, Niceville High School Baseball Field, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

- Feb. 9: Niceville-Valparaiso Little League Softball Players Clinic, Niceville High School Softball Field, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

- March 8: Opening Day for Niceville-Valparaiso Little League Baseball & Softball, Twin Oaks, All day
