City facilities close for Thanksgiving holiday

FORT WALTON BEACH - All City administrative offices, recreation centers, and facilities, excluding the Golf Club, will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 22 and Friday, Nov. 23 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holidays. 

The Golf Club will be open on both days, and the BMX/Skateboard Park will reopen on Friday.

There will be no yard debris, commercial, or residential garbage collection on Thanksgiving Day. The City will collect commercial and residential garbage only on Friday, Nov. 23.
