Little League registration
Registration for Destin Little League is just days away.
From 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Jan. 12 and Saturday, Jan. 19 are the days you can register your child at the Destin Community Center.
Registration is open to all city of Destin residents between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. Your child must be 5 before May 1, 2008 and cannot be older than 13 before May 1. All players must reside within the boundaries of Destin Little League.
New players to Destin Little League must sign-up in person with a copy of the player’s birth certificate. Established players may register online at www.destinlittleleague.org.
Also a mandatory skills evaluation is scheduled from noon until 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 19 at Morgan Sports Center for tee-ball, machine pitch, softball majors and minors.
