Sexual assault suspect arrested; bond set for $1 million
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man believed to be responsible for sexual assaults on juveniles in Santa Rosa and Walton counties.
Steven Gerarrd Ritchie was taken into custody Nov. 14 on a Santa Rosa County warrant for sexual assault on a victim over 12 years of age, a news release said.
Bond was set for $1 million on Nov. 17.
He is considered a suspect in a sexual assault case involving a Walton County juvenile.
