Crystal Beach walkover closing for renovations

The Shore at Crystal Beach beach walkover and parking area, located on Scenic Hwy 98 at Hutchinson Street, will be closed beginning Sept. 12 to Feb. 28, 2009 for construction.
During the construction period, no access will be allowed and towing will be strictly enforced.
Upon reopening the newly renovated beach access will include improved parking with a bicycle rack, improved beach walkover, along with a covered, open air pavilion, picnic tables, trash cans, restrooms and outside showers.
